Scanned at the door
Reception only needs the link and PIN, no account. If a guest's phone dies, search their name. Walk-ins can still be recorded.
Common questions
Is it really free?
Yes. The invitation, guest book, RSVP, wishes, and QR check-in are free up to 2,000 names per invitation.
Do guests need an account?
No. Guests open the link in their phone browser. Only you need an Urswipe account to create the invitation.
How do I send to many guests?
From your own WhatsApp, one by one. Paste your guest list from Excel, and the guest book prepares each message and the next name. For groups, use one general link.
Who can see the guest list?
Only you. Reception sees names and replies without phone numbers. Vendors and wedding organizers don't see this list.
Can I delete it after the event?
Yes. Deleting the invitation also deletes guest names, numbers, and wishes.
