Urswipe helps you put an event together: from finding vendors and building a plan to paying safely.
Why Urswipe exists
Planning an event means dealing with many vendors at once: the venue, catering, decor, photography, and more. Information is scattered across social media and chats, prices only become clear after asking one by one, and payments usually go straight to personal bank accounts. Urswipe puts all of that in one place.
How it works
- 1Swipe vendors by category, city, and date. Save the ones you like.
- 2Answer a few questions about your event. We lay out the vendor order, budget split, and timeline.
- 3Pick packages and dates, then send requests to several vendors at once from your cart.
- 4Vendors reply with offers. You can counter, including the installment schedule.
- 5Pay through Urswipe. Funds are held until your event is done, then released to the vendor.
Your money is held until the event is done
Every payment goes into an Urswipe holding account, never a vendor's or WO's personal account. If something goes wrong on the day, our team has the records and the funds to help, including finding a replacement vendor.
Curated vendors
Vendors can't sign themselves up. Every vendor applies, gets reviewed by our team, and only goes live once their documents and agreement are complete.
WOs and EOs as coordinators
You can give a WO or EO access to your plan, with limits you set and can revoke anytime. The coordinator receives part of Urswipe's commission; your price doesn't go up.
